1. About these terms

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of advertising and promotion services on CoinSplash (the "Website"), including promoted coin listings, top banners, bottom banners and related placements (the "Services"). By placing an order or checking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

CoinSplash provides digital advertising placements on the Website. The exact product, duration, price and placement are shown in your order (cart) before you confirm. We may refuse or cancel an order that violates these Terms or our content rules.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Bulk discounts, if any, are applied as shown in the cart. Payment methods available at checkout (for example crypto transfer or other channels we enable) must be completed in full before a placement is activated. Until payment is confirmed, a reservation is not a guarantee of publication.

4. Activation and duration

After payment is confirmed, we will activate the selected placement for the purchased dates or period. If your project is not yet listed or validated on CoinSplash, promotion may start only when the listing is available. Delays caused by missing information, invalid links or moderation are not grounds for an automatic refund.

5. Content rules

You are responsible for the accuracy of project names, logos, links, contracts and claims in your ads. You must not promote illegal content, malware, phishing, impersonation of other projects, or material that infringes third-party rights. We may remove or pause any placement that violates these rules without refund.

6. No investment advice

CoinSplash is an information and listing platform. Nothing on the Website is financial, investment or legal advice. Cryptocurrency projects involve high risk. Always do your own research (DYOR). Promotion on CoinSplash does not mean endorsement of a project.

7. Refunds

Digital ad slots are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed and the placement period has started. If we cancel a paid placement solely due to our technical fault, we may offer a replacement period or a refund at our discretion. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of future orders.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinSplash is not liable for lost profits, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from use of the Services or the Website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version linked at checkout applies to that order. Continued use of paid Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future orders.
